Salesforce B2B Architect

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce B2B Architect to lead the design and implementation of innovative B2B solutions using the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise combined with a solid understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities present in the B2B sector.

Requirements

Design & Architecture:

• Lead the design and development of scalable B2B solutions on the Salesforce platform, ensuring best practices are always followed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural blueprints.
• Stay updated with Salesforce's latest features and capabilities to leverage them for B2B implementations.

Integration:

• Design and implement integration solutions between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and other integration patterns.
• Ensure seamless data flow and integrity across integrated systems.

Performance & Optimization:

• Regularly review and optimize application performance, ensuring fast response times and optimal data storage.
• Provide guidance on Salesforce governor limits and best practices related to B2B solutions.

Collaboration & Leadership:

• Collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes developers, business analysts, and sales & marketing professionals.
• Mentor junior team members, providing them with architectural guidance and best practices.
• Conduct technical reviews and assessments for Salesforce projects within the organization.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:

• Document architectural decisions, design patterns, and best practices.

• Create and maintain solution documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

• Lead knowledge-sharing sessions and workshops

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• years of experience in Salesforce B2B Commerce, with proven experience as an Architect.

• Salesforce B2B Commerce Architect certification or equivalent is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce customization and configuration.

• Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and the underlying architecture principles.

• Experience with web services (REST & SOAP), and middleware tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other e-commerce platforms and integrations.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, both written and verba
