Role Overview:

The System Administrator (HubSpot & CRM) will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and HubSpot marketing automation platform. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the effective utilization of these platforms to support sales, marketing, and customer success initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and configure CRM and HubSpot platforms to meet the needs of sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

Manage user access, permissions, and security settings within CRM and HubSpot.

Customize and create workflows, dashboards, and reports to support business objectives and drive data-driven decision-making.

Implement post-field actions and automation within HubSpot and CRM systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Provide user training and support to ensure efficient utilization of CRM and HubSpot functionalities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement integrations between CRM, HubSpot, and other business systems.

Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimize system efficiency and reliability.

Implement measures to safeguard data integrity and privacy within the platforms, including user access control and data encryption.

Stay informed about platform updates, new features, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Assist in data migration, cleanup, and data quality initiatives within CRM and HubSpot.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a system administrator, preferably with expertise in CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in technical skills such as integration between HubSpot and Zoho, scripting languages, and willingness to learn and utilize Zoho Deluge language for advanced customization and automation.
  • Skills in JavaScript (or another Programming language), API methods - will be a plus.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and system integrity.
