Within our organization we develop power electronics for the e-mobility solutions of Bosch. With the help of Si, SiC, GaN semiconductor technologies our power modules enable the Bosch inverters/converters to be efficient and reliable. In our team you can directly contribute to a greener future with the increased power and fun of e-mobility.
Your contribution to something big:
► Responsible for (environmental) life time testing of SiC power semiconductor modules for hybrid and electric vehicles according to international standards (example: AQG324)
► Implement newly developed test methods of power electronics in a subfield of e-Mobility
► Develop and execute measurements, e.g. electrical testing of semiconductors
► Coordinate the sample creation and physical analysis activates
► Interpret test results to internal and external customers
► In cooperation with other developers create the specific lifetime models of the component
► Operate, maintain, and repair of test equipment
► Participate in the establishment of a brand-new laboratory
Requirements
What distinguishes you?
► B.Sc. / M.Sc in electrical engineering (adv. high voltage education)
► Basic knowledge in the field of power semiconductors, inverter units
► Experience with environmental testing is beneficial
► Basic knowledge in LabVIEW programming
► Pro-active behavior, strong desire for continuous improvement
► Experience with working on international projects & coordination skills are beneficial
► Process and quality orientation
► Fluent English, German is beneficial
