Job Purpose:
Responsible for analyzing complex datasets, deriving actionable insights, and providing strategic recommendations to drive marketing initiatives. Your role will involve leveraging various data sources to optimize marketing campaigns, improve customer segmentation, and enhance overall business performance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets from various sources including CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, and third-party vendors. Utilize statistical techniques and data mining methodologies to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Analyse customer pattern and behaviour from customer database to find the meaningful insight and identify the marketing opportunity.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders. Utilize business intelligence tools such as Power BI, BI or similar platforms to create actionable insights for decision-making.
- Evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns across different channels including email, social media, paid advertising, and SEO (Search Engine Optimization). Identify areas of improvement and optimization to maximize ROI.
- Lead the process of defining data strategies and provide metrics/insights on key business outcomes as well as driving operational efficiencies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing analytics, financial reporting, and business intelligence. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
- Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, research & development, HR & Training, and operation to align data-driven insights with business objectives. Provide analytical support for strategic decision-making and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with brands, data team and other related parties to understand the business requirement, ensure the correctness of data source and campaign readiness before launching.

Requirements
Job Specifications:
Qualifications:
- At least bachelor’s degree in data science, statistic, economics, engineer, or any related fields.
- At least 5-year experience in data analysis, project management, and business management in dynamic environments.
- Proficiency in English communication and presentation skills
- Strong experience with analysis and visualization tool such as Power BI is preferable.
- Strong in innovative and people management
- Good connection and networking with the industrial bodies
Education:
- A bachelor’s degree in data science, statistic, economics, engineer, or any related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years working experiences in Data analytics, Marketing automation platform, CRM/ loyalty, business analytics field is preferable.
