Senior Technical Sourcer

About the role

We are hiring an ambitious Senior Technical Sourcer to drive top-of-funnel recruiting efforts across our growing company. This is a unique opportunity for someone excited to source for highly roles across software, hardware, machine learning, product, design, and leadership positions. Our ideal candidate is legitimately excited about the sourcing domain and can help our team develop creative methods for building a company.

At Applied, you will:

• Become an expert in the autonomous vehicle industry and be an external representative of a growing company
• Identify and develop process improvements for Applied's sourcing efforts
• Contact, screen, and interview potential employees
• Utilize data and metrics to improve creative sourcing efforts
• Program manage recruiting operations-related projects
• Train and mentor junior team members; eventually manage a team

We're looking for someone who has:

• 4+ years in technical sourcing at a reputable software company
• Experience training new team members
• Managed client or hiring manager relationships

Nice to have:

• Previous experience working at a staffing agency
• Previous experience recruiting for the autonomous vehicle field
• Previous sales related experience
• People management experience
