Senior Electrical Project Manager

In Vattenfall Power Solutions we aim to achieve this goal by enabling electrification and decarbonization of industry and heavy transportation. We provide our customers with the needed high voltage and charging infrastructure capacity based on our solution Power-as-a-Service, where Vattenfall develops, own and operate the equipment.

We are looking for a Project Manager to build relations with industrial customers and deliver Power-as-a-Service to industries. You will be responsible for project management within the industrial and electric heavy transport segment, making sure that we deliver the best solutions to our customers and deliver on what we promise. You will be part of an international team excited about entrepreneurial and innovative projects that contributes to electrifying heavy transportation and industry.

As Project Manager for electrification projects you will be responsible for:

• Delivering and managing projects supplying high voltage and electrical infrastructure, batteries, PV systems, heat pumps and e-boilers as a service for industrial processes

• Managing stakeholders, contractors and customers in the projects you deliver

• In cooperation with our sales team be the technical expert for new opportunities and projects in the pipeline

• Designing and tendering of electrical infrastructure

• Coordinating with various stakeholders, both internally and externally working with suppliers, customers and contractors

• Managing and building lasting relationships with our customers to ensure continues commitment and expand business contracts

Requirements

Your profile
You will feel comfortable in this role if you bring:

• 5 to 10+ years within Electrical infrastructure
• A commercial mindset and experience with electrical infrastructure projects for industrial segments
• Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical engineering or similar expertise through extensive work experience
• Proactive and outgoing attitude motivated by building relations with customers
• Great communication skills and an experienced negotiator
• Understanding of norms and standards for electrical infrastructure and high voltage equipment
• You speak and write the language of the country where this position is located fluently. Furthermore it is mandatory that your English is good as this is our business language.
