Senior/Principal Electrical Engineer

What your new role will entail;

Our thriving, multidisciplinary Water Engineering team in Scotland is looking for a Senior/Principal Electrical Engineer to join our growing team within our Glasgow office. The teams are delivering an exciting portfolio of water programmes and projects through long term frameworks with key clients including major UK water companies (Thames Water, Wessex Water, Welsh Water, Severn Trent Water, and Scottish Water locally), contractors and international projects. This role represents a great opportunity to develop your career as a technical expert delivering solutions on a diverse range of projects that meet the technical challenges of today and tomorrow.

Key responsibilities of this position include:

• Electrical and ICA Design: Undertake the design and review of electrical and ICA l elements in wastewater and water infrastructure/ treatment projects, such as chemical dosing, pumping stations and sludge treatment units, from conception to handover
• Quality: Produce and review client deliverables, including calculations, drawings and technical reports to relevant standards and procedures
