We are looking out for a Passionate & Dynamic SR HR Executive/ HR Executive for our organization, interested one can walk-down to our office on the below mentioned venue.

Responsibilities: -

• Work closely with Operation to understand their hiring needs.
• Strategize, Screen, hire and onboard skilled candidates from various mediums.
• Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process, from application to onboarding.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future positions.
• Experience in building proactive pipeline to hire at an optimal cost based on the company budget.
• Should take care of End-to End recruitment
• Analyze the employee attrition and plan for employee retention.

Requirements:

• Must have 1yrs of an experience into BPO End-to-End recruitment (non-IT).
• Ability to work independently.
• Must have an experience in source, screen potential candidates using various sourcing methods, including job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Qualification: - Graduation / Post Graduation
• Age limit: - Below 30yrs
• Working days: - 6days
• Experience:- 1yrs to 5yrs
• Shift: - Day shift
• Salary :- Upto 3.5lpa
