Position Overview:

As a Process Automation Specialist at TikTal, you will play a crucial role in streamlining and optimizing our operational processes. You will be responsible for identifying areas for automation, implementing solutions, and ensuring the seamless integration of cloud-based tools, systems, and platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing operations, a passion for efficiency, and a proven track record of successfully implementing automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes within the agency.
• Identify areas for improvement and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
• Design and develop automation solutions using cloud-based tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Manage the seamless integration of automation solutions with existing tools and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to integration.
• Provide training to team members on new automation processes and tools.
• Create detailed documentation for implemented solutions for future reference.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of automated processes.
• Identify opportunities for further optimization and implement enhancements as needed.
• Integrate data from other platforms and collate data into real-time dashboards.
• Standardize workflows and manage information in a smarter way.
• Create automations in plain English with monday.com’s automation builder — no coding required.
• Start streamlining and automating workflows with monday.com.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in process automation, preferably in a marketing agency domain.
• Strong proficiency in cloud-based tools and platforms, with a focus on Monday.com.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong with project management skills, tools, and platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
• Able to work independently and within the US time zone (EST).
