What we’re looking for
What we’re looking for:
We are looking for a Senior Ad Tech Product Manager to join us as a core part of the Venatus Product team.
Our Product team sits at the intersection between our business and technical teams and owns defining the solutions we build to serve the users of our best-in-class advertising technology platform around the world.
This is a critical role on our team that reports directly to our CPO.
Responsibilities:
- Translating Product strategy requirements from our CPO and leadership team into Epics
- Own overall organization and maintenance of product documents for one or more complex technical applications
- Build and maintain Product Roadmap in line with business priorities
- Perform user story mapping
- Grooming of our product backlogs for one or more of our team squads
- Attending daily standups and other agile ceremonies as the product representative as needed
- Presenting regular reports to the Product team leadership on your areas of responsibility
Requirements:
4+ years working as a tactical product professional (Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager) where you had a senior role in building one or more of the following types of adtech products:
- A header-bidding product incorporating Prebid.js/Prebid Server and Google Ad Manager
- A data solution integrating SSP and advertising partner data
Demonstrated experience in all of the following competencies:
- Functioning as the internal subject matter expert (SME) for a dedicated product or subset of product functions
- Researching and articulation of new features in the form of Epics
- Researching and documenting impact of planned new feature development on an existing application
- Serving as the product representative in an agile team
- Business-level verbal and written English
Strongly desired:
- Holder of one or more industry-standard product management professional certifications: CSPO, PMI-ACP, AIPMM etc
- Experience authoring briefs and directing external consultants for targeted tasks like design projects
- Knowledge working with our specific toolset: JIRA/Confluence
- Experience mentoring or onboarding other product team members
- Ability to understand and incorporate technical integration documents from external partners and applications (APIs etc) and data sources when needed for in-house applications
