As a Technical Web Analyst (m/f/d), you will become part of our expanding Web Analytics team and work closely with cross-functional team members (Product Owner, UI Designer, Developer). Together, you will develop optimal integrations of web analytics tools into our web products, especially in the mydays.de and Jochen Schweizer webshop, as well as other microsites.

  • Responsibility for the technology and implementation of the web tracking landscape
  • Implementation and testing of marketing technology (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • Evaluating and analyzing data from websites and apps
  • Creation and development of tracking concepts: IT architecture, tracking documentation and creation of developer guidelines
  • Creation and development of tracking concepts: IT architecture, tracking documentation and creation of developer guidelines
  • Conception and review of the technical implementation of measurement tags, data points and microtransaction measurements
  • Supporting the Google Analytics 4 migration in our products
  • Managing complex tracking and measurement system integrations, including as part of A/B tests
  • Proactively helping to shape the expansion of the web tracking landscape and providing impetus
  • Evaluating ideas from colleagues in business units or product owners and developing optimal data collection methods
  • Contact person for technical questions
  • Independent implementation of training courses and tool workshops

Requirements

  • Degree or comparable qualification in areas such as information design, business intelligence, engineering, computer science, digital analytics or business administration
  • Very good knowledge of the use and implementation of digital analytics and marketing technology tools
  • Confident handling of tag management systems
  • Good knowledge of web technologies (JavaScript, CSS and HTML)
  • Experience with standard KPIs in the eCommerce business (CVR, CTR, A2C, AOV)
  • Proven track record in eCommerce tracking and understanding of data derivation on user and product behavior
  • Up-to-date knowledge of changes in measurement systems, tool providers, cookieless future and impact of regulations on technical integration options
  • Experience in managing projects and a structured approach
  • Open and diplomatic communication, ability to present ideas and moderate meetings or workshops
  • Team orientation, emphasis on professional exchange and good German and English language skills
  • Targeted communication with different stakeholders and appropriate prioritization of their requests
  • Proactive way of working and the will to successfully complete projects
  • Very high level of commitment and willingness to learn new topics
  • Business fluent language skills (German and English)
