We are looking for an experienced Machine Learning Engineer, who will build their own team, develop new ML models and collaborate with the Dealing, Business Analysts and our BI Experts.

Responsibilities

• Develop ML models for trader profiling: analyzing trading strategies, volumes, preferences by country, etc.

• Update and optimize models for quality and performance, integrate models into operational systems

• Collect, clean, and transform data for models

• Monitor model performance and make improvements, ensure code is scalable and secure

Requirements

• Higher education in computer science, statistics, applied mathematics, or a related field
• Deep understanding of statistical methods and machine learning algorithms
• Classification (logistic regression, SVM, random forests, gradient boosting)
• Clustering (K-means, hierarchical)
• Regression analysis (linear, multiple, criteria)
• Deep learning (CNN, RNN, LSTM for time series analysis)
• Natural language processing (NLP) for sentiment analysis and text data

Knowledge of tools and practices in MLOps:

• Containers (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)
• Versioning of models and experiments (DVC, MLflow)
• Monitoring and logging of models in production to track their performance and respond to data drift (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
• Understanding of Feature Store for centralized feature management

Programming and data analysis skills

• Proficiency in Python and data analysis libraries (pandas, NumPy), visualisation (Matplotlib, Seaborn)

• SQL and NoSQL

• Knowledge of Spark or other big data packages would be an advantage
