Are you a visionary leader with a passion for driving strategic excellence? We are seeking an Operations Manager to spearhead our group's pivotal decisions and shape the future landscape of our operations department. As the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in steering our company's trajectory through active participation in group committees where strategic decisions are crafted.

Responsibilities:

• Participation in Group Committees where strategic decisions are made
• Responsible for managing the middle and back office of the group of companies.
• Teams under responsibility include, Back Office, Data Analysts, Financial Analytics, Transaction Reporting, AML and Anti Fraud
• Provide strategic guidance and mentoring to the senior management of the teams
• Monitor and improve the effectiveness of the teams by providing clear KPIs and regular tracking of those
• Envisage the Operations department of the next 10 years and start preparing for that
• Budget owner and relationship manager for external vendors utilized by middle and back office
• Stay up to date with regulatory changes
• Review and suggest changes procedures and processes
• Focus on automation with less dependency on manual work

Requirements:

• At least 5 years experience in a broker within an EU/UK license
• At least 2 years of management experience
• Strong academic background in a quantitative subject
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Strong understanding of trading operations, financial markets and applicable regulatory requirements
• Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Fluent with data analysis tools (Microsoft Excel, SQL,Python)
