Job Description

As the Recruitment Associate, you will:

• Source and screen candidates for various positions across the organization.

• Collaborate with our People Operations Specialist and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Assist in the management of the recruitment lifecycle, from posting job ads to coordinating with applicants.

• Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.

• Assist in developing and implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process.

• Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities in our HR Information System.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Marketing, or related field
• Prior internship experience is a plus
• Proficiency in GSuite and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative approach.
• Curious, a self-starter and detail-oriented
