The ideal candidate will be adept at creating curriculums, implementing change management strategies, and developing training materials to support the client's programs effectively. As a Technical Trainer specializing in ServiceNow, you will play a crucial role in equipping our employees with the knowledge and skills necessary to leverage the full potential of the ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs tailored to various skill levels and job functions within our organization. This position is REMOTE.
