Job Description:

DXC Practice for Salesforce is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Presales Salesforce Solutions Architect to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will take the lead in Salesforce solutioning discussions with clients and understanding, grasping and outlining their requirements in this Presales role. Responsibilities will include developing and implementing Salesforce solution strategies, architectures, and roadmaps for existing and new DXC Salesforce clients.
This includes producing Salesforce Solution Designs, estimates, building Salesforce demos, pitching to clients, creating Statements of Work and responding to RFP's amongst other tasks. We are searching for a candidate with at least 5 years of Salesforce Solution Architecture experience as well as presales exposure.
The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of Salesforce' most recent capabilities, as well as holding at least 5 Certification qualifications.

Responsibilities:

· Demonstrate a track record of at least 5 years in Salesforce Solution Architecture and presales roles.

· 2 years of experience in a Presales role highly advantageous

· Assume ownership of business cases and presales activities, including developing and presenting high-level and detailed solution designs.

· Present the technical solution strategy and vision effectively to client executives, ensuring alignment with company win themes and unique selling points while meeting client expectations and requisites.

· Conduct extensive research on industry, market trends, and IT service best practices, utilizing alliances to assess and ensure the alignment of our solutions and services with client needs.

· Develop and implement Salesforce business solutions and strategies tailored to assigned customers, leveraging industry expertise to design holistic solutions that encompass both business and technical aspects.

· Exhibit outstanding communication and presentation abilities, coupled with proficiency in using MS Office tools.

· Possess expert-level knowledge of end-to-end processes and solutioning using Salesforce products, with a strong grasp of license models and the ability to articulate and demonstrate the business value of Salesforce solutions.

· Exhibit industry-specific knowledge to enhance credibility with potential customers, providing relevant customer stories as proof points.

· Act as an evangelist for strategic innovation areas within the industry.

· Showcase flexibility in managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines when necessary.

· Demonstrate the capacity to propose well-formulated, clearly articulated, practical solutions and recommendations for intricate business challenges, effectively conveying these ideas to non-technical audiences.

· Exhibit a broad understanding of digital transformation trends.

· Display adeptness in active listening skills.

· Be open to traveling for customer meetings and demonstrations.
