• Content Development:
  • Storyboarding the E-learning Content.
  • Design The E-Learning visuals content with Valeo guidelines.
  • Design instructional materials that create various learning styles.
  • Design and templetize the storyboarding template to save time.
• Curriculum Design:
  • Design and mapping the assessments and have the Knowledge with the Gamification.
• Research and Analysis:
  • Making brainstorming and templates to maintain the quality.
  • Searching and updating with the E-learning industries and creating new Ideas.
  • Review the content and the material to avoid any missing data or mistakes.
• Collaboration:
  • Dealing and contacting the SMEs to understand the brief and the content to define and to set the objectives to meet the course and the target audience needs.
  • Collaborate with Garage service team training content creators.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Validating the content to avoid any mistakes, missing data, grammar mistakes.
• Adaptability:
  • Adapt content for different learning levels and diverse audiences.
  • Ensure accessibility standards are met for learners with disabilities.
• Technical Skills:
  • Design and implement the structure of the courses using eLearning tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
  • Has the ability to Design and Coding the Courses.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SCORM standards.
• Communication:
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Project Management:
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Develop project timelines and milestones for content development.
• Feedback and Improvement:
  • Focusing on the feedback and listening to the learners comments and enhancing the content.
