What is this role?
As a Field Marketing Manager for Cirkul, you will lead our retail and event activation strategies. This role is instrumental in building brand awareness, engaging customers, and driving sales growth within the designated region. If you have a passion for beverages and a knack for creating memorable marketing experiences, we want to hear from you.

What does an average day look like?

  • Driving Results:
    β—‹ Event Planning and Execution- Plan, coordinate, and execute various events and activations, including product launches, tastings, and promotional campaigns. Ensure events leave a lasting, positive impression on consumers.
    β—‹ Marketing Strategy- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals, focusing on both retail and event activation efforts.

  • Taking Ownership: Manage the marketing budget effectively, tracking expenses and evaluating the return on investment (ROI) for marketing activities.

  • Making Decisions:
    β—‹ Data Analysis - Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and sales data to make data-driven decisions and refine marketing strategies for maximum impact.
    β—‹ Reporting- Provide regular reports and insights on marketing performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

  • Cultivating Relationships: Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts are integrated seamlessly with sales, product development, and other departments.

  • Instilling Trust: Build and maintain a strong brand presence within the region through various marketing channels, such as social media, public relations, and community engagement.

  • Customer Focus: Collaborate with retail partners to execute in-store marketing initiatives. This includes managing point-of-sale materials, promotions, product merchandising, demonstration and education.

What background should you have?

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in field marketing, event management, or retail marketing, preferably in the beverage or consumer products industries.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Passionate about building a high-performing, results driven team.
  • Proven ability to build and lead a remote team.
  • Proficiency with managing a field marketing budget.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation.
  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovative marketing strategies.
  • Travel is a requirement, at times by airplane and may include overnight stays.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends with some occasional holidays.
