Position Summary

The Project Manager will be expected to proactively manage internal teams, as well as software projects for mission-critical cashless management systems of IoT hardware available globally. Using your experience with the Agile methodology, you will transport the industry of fun into the 21st century.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading sprint planning sessions

• Coordinating teams and internal resources

• Managing project progress and adapt work as required

• Ensuring projects meet well thought out deadlines

• Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders

• Designing and signing off on contracts

• Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation

• Participating in tender process i.e. design, submission and review

• Articulating risk mitigation plans

• Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff

• Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary

• Managing large and diverse teams across multiple geographies

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 7 years’ of Program/Project Management Experience, preferably in an international B2B product company

• Strong working knowledge in Agile Methodology and frameworks like SAFe, Scrum, Kanban etc.

• Understanding of how to optimise JIRA workflows a plus

• Strong coaching abilities and team-building skills to drive adoption of agile scrum methodology

• Knowledge of the entire SDLC, Agile Techniques (User Stories, CI/CD, TDD, Continuous Testing, Automated Testing etc.)

• Knowledge of backlog tracking, burn-down metrics, velocity, user stories etc.

• A strong embodiment of our Company’s cultural values

• Conflict resolution skills

• Very comfortable in pushing back and ensuring that company strategies come first
