We are looking for a Recruiter to work with various members of our organisation in order to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, as well as recruiting processes in line with the company’s talent acquisition plans. This role will be responsible for the full end-to-end recruitment process, including engaging with passive talent, building talent pipelines, directly communicating with candidates, and providing the very best candidate experience.
What you'll do...
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process; from sourcing to interviewing
- Use LinkedIn to source and build project pipelines across a variety of commercial disciplines (sales, HR, finance, operations, etc.)
- Manage ATS system with candidates and internal/external job postings
- Schedule and send interview confirmations to candidates and hiring managers
- Build and maintain a network of talent through ongoing relationship management
- Maintain relationships with hiring managers, reporting weekly pipeline activity
- Manage exceptional and efficient candidate experience
- Work closely with other members of the People & Culture team on implementing outstanding recruitment processes
