Technical Program Manager

** This Technical Program Manager role encompasses diverse responsibilities tailored to specific specializations within technology and security domains. The ideal candidate will possess strong program management skills and expertise aligned with their specialization.**

Responsibility:

• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand or identify defined work problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impact.
• Prioritize program goals, understand and translate other stakeholders’ needs into program goals, prioritize deliverables with minimal assistance, and contribute to prioritizing goals and deliverables.
• Identify, communicate, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and work toward mutual goals.
• Manage engineering timelines, assist in removing obstacles and for engineering teams, streamline cross-functional dependencies, and enhance project efficiency and velocity.
• Identify assumptions, dependencies, issues, and risks by driving discussions across the team and developing a mitigation plan.
• Oversee the post-incident recovery process and drive continuous enhancements in incident response protocols.
• Maintain and co-author the technical documentation.

• Assess and compare large language models (LLMs) in pricing and performance, ensuring optimal selection for project needs.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed AI solutions, initiating continuous improvement cycles to enhance functionality, user experience, and business impact.

Requirements:

• ​​Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of program management experience, with comprehensive knowledge of managing application development projects across a cross-functional organization's entire software development lifecycle.
• Self-motivated with a highly cooperative and flexible approach to teamwork.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
