Responsibilities:

  • This is a 24x6 customer support team. Team members will be on rotation shift., covering support channels across, Forum, Telegram group and Discord.
  • Hands on technical support. Analyst issue and provide solutions and suggestions.
  • Deliver a stellar customer experience(i.e. SLA).
  • Understand customer needs and how to meet unique challenges and goals.
  • Seek product feedback and track usage/performance, driving our product roadmap.
  • Build and maintain ongoing relationships with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Partner with internal teams to drive long term solutions / product development decisions.
  • Work in a quick changing environment.

Requirements:

  • Candidate needs to be in the EU time zone.
  • Excellent English in both speaking and writing.
  • Min 1+ years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Technical degree.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to understand and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent people skills to monitor.
  • Interest in blockchain and crypto technologies.
  • Experience with blockchain/web3 is a must.
