What you’ll do:

  • Build systems and tracking that help us identify and solve key user issues at scale & speed.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report our key product success metrics, provide insights to inform product roadmap decisions.
  • Facilitating user interviews and other market research to inform product decisions.
  • Build and own systems to track and share the progress of feature development with internal teams.
  • Take proactive steps to document the product management team and our processes and best practices scale with the company.
  • Consistently tracking trends and themes from feature requests, support tickets, and churn reasons.
  • Compiling reports on recent feature requests and upcoming launches to share with internal stakeholders.
  • Craft and maintain practices for communication, cross-department coordination, product knowledge base management, project management, goal setting, metrics reporting, and executive updates.
  • Gathering and analyzing product data, surfacing to relevant teams to inform the direction and understanding of key features.
  • Feedback Loop Optimization by Implementing strategies to streamline the feedback loop between member support, product management, and development teams to expedite issue resolution and improve member satisfaction.

What you need to have:

  • 3-7+ years of experience in fast growth environment / consulting / investment banking.
  • A desire to work for a mission-driven company that helps improve lives of our patients on a day-to-day basis.
  • Creative Thinking: A creative mindset with a proven track record of ideating innovative solutions to enhance user engagement and retention.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment: Product development is a dynamic field, and you’ll need to be adaptable and flexible. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle change effectively.
  • Technical Acumen: Robust technical knowledge, which fuels your passion for unlocking potential with new technologies.
  • Continuous Learning: Eagerness to stay on top of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management to continuously improve skills and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Systems Thinking: Proven experience as a systems thinker, with the capability to oversee and design within complex ecosystems.
  • First Principles Approach: experience breaking down a complex problem into its fundamental elements or basic principles and then reconstructing solutions from scratch.
