What You’ll Own

• User-Centric Design: Architect digital experiences that seamlessly integrate with our global Neobank, solving complex cross-border financial challenges.
• Collaborative Synergy: Work closely with Product, Tech, and Growth teams to align design initiatives with business objectives.
• Design Systems: Create, manage, and extend design systems to ensure a unified UX across all platforms.

What You'll Do

• Design and prototype groundbreaking features for our cross-border financial solutions, working closely with the Product, Tech, and Growth teams.
• Conduct comprehensive user research to understand global needs and pain points of our user base.
• Partner with engineers to ensure your designs are flawlessly implemented and translate to high-quality products.
• Develop micro-interactions and transitions, communicating these clearly through prototyping to the developers.
• Collaborate with fellow product designers to build and maintain a cohesive, scalable design system.
• Liaise with graphic and motion designers to enhance product experiences with visual aesthetics.
• Stay ahead of design trends and best practices, incorporating them into your work and sharing your knowledge with the team.

What We Need

• 2 - 3 years of experience in designing digital products.
• Proficiency in Figma and other prototyping tools.
• A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and design systems.
• Expertise in user research methodologies and testing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
