Requirements

  • Advanced spoken and written English (B2/C1).
  • 2-4 years of experience designing web or product layouts and conducting user research.
  • Experience with design research and user testing.
  • Experience with Figma components, auto layouts, prototypes, style guides, etc.
  • Experience working with CMS components.
  • Knowledge of responsive design and an understanding of web development principles.
  • Basic understanding of front-end engineering to help you design and collaborate with developers.
  • A portfolio of your work with examples of design and user research case studies.
  • Highly collaborative and results-driven team player with the ability to continuously improve.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, adept at conveying ideas, finding common ground, and providing feedback effectively.
  • Product and strategic thinking skills and the ability to turn business goals into compelling design solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile workflow and UX's role in the application development process.

Nice to have:

  • UserTesting.com or similar research platform experience.
  • UI design experience.
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop).
  • SaaS company experience.
  • Experience conducting user research and creating multiple qualitative research deliverables such as web user journey maps and user flows.

Responsibilities and tasks:

  • Collaborate with product teams, UX Designers, Content Writers, UI Designers, Project Management, and other stakeholders to design engaging, accessible, highly crafted experiences across clients’ websites and other internal web-related projects.
  • Conduct in-depth user research and usability testing to refine and optimize the user experience.
  • Create high-quality layout experiences through wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and sitemaps.
  • Manage participant recruitment, scheduling, and logistics for research activities.
  • Synthesize and communicate research findings effectively to stakeholders through reports and presentations.
  • Design and develop various UX deliverables, including, but not limited to, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes, as they pertain to various web business requirements and users’ needs.
  • Contribute ideas for design solutions and help drive design decisions by consistently providing multiple viable options and proposing options for A/B testing.
  • Responsible for the overall design of one or more projects/programs.
  • Present and participate in design critiques.
