Assistant Project Manager

Are you an Assistant Project Manager? Can you deliver, apply new thinking from multiple disciplines and perspectives and create solutions for a more profitable, effective and human business for Unispace’s clients.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting Project Managers to deliver workplace fit-outs from cradle to grave. Including the delivery of projects in line with client and contractual requirements; program and procedures
• Assisting with methodology, tendering, processing of payments, consultant management and site activities
• Maintaining and building of client and key stakeholder relationships
• Assisting in meetings and minuting meetings
• Developing your own skills with our support to become a Project Manager

Your experience:

• Tertiary qualification in Construction, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Architecture
• Design and Build understanding. Commercial fit-out experience preferred but not essential
• Client-focused mentality
• 2+ years of construction experience
• Excellent communication skills
