We are looking for Card Payments Support Specialist to join our team!

The Card Payments Support Specialist is part of the card/POS payments team and works on organizing and delivering the necessary to achieve the Card Present team’s goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Works on POS configurations, delivery, and collection requests, as well as swaps in case of defects
  • Works in close cooperation with the customer success teams on swaps and other terminal-related requests, including identifying the swap reason and respectively the applicable swap scenario
  • Keeps inventory track of returned and swapped terminals up to date
  • Prepares and keeps up-to-date training material for internal use, including training on terminals & company products and services
  • Organizes and leads trainings and product demonstrations for internal teams
  • Prepares presentations, reports, and other documents related to Card Present operational activities
  • Updates and maintains Confluence space for Card Present Operations related to swaps
  • May open and follow up RAM cases as part of investigating issues with transaction processing
  • Prepares Salesforce Reports
  • Prepares other reports - from RAM ΠΎr 3rd party terminal management systems
  • Follows up and documents operational issues and plans for improvement of operational issues
  • Suggests process improvements to the Line Manager
  • Prepares outage announcements
  • Follows up on the orders and the delivery of terminals
  • Tests new implementations and submits results to Product development
  • Test new POS devices and document results
  • Organizes process improvement meetings
  • Escalates issues to the line manager - the Team Lead POS Support

Requirements:

  • Excellent English language skills in written and verbal communication
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
