• Supports senior management in identifying,formulating, executing and communicating the respectivechanges in a business / process project

• General 10 or more years of experience in the relevant operational area
• Proven ability to lead complex operational transformations in CRM, Finance, Operations, Talent and/orOrganization with a defined outcome
• Capable of steering and managing major, complex projects/programs or multiple smaller projects
