Senior Frontend Engineer

BrainHi is seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Frontend Engineer at BrainHi, you will play a key role in designing and implementing user interfaces for our healthcare communication platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the usability and responsiveness of our applications. Responsibilities:

• Design and develop user interfaces for our web applications using ReactJS and other modern frontend technologies.
• Create and implement reusable components and libraries to streamline development and improve maintainability.
• Collaborate with backend engineers and designers to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend functionalities.
• Optimize the performance and responsiveness of web applications to deliver a fast and smooth user experience.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in frontend development, and actively contribute your expertise to improve the team's technical capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand user requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
• Work closely with product managers and designers to ensure the alignment of the frontend implementation with the product vision and user experience goals.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks, accessibility issues, and other potential areas for improvement in the frontend architecture.
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily standup meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience as a Frontend Engineer or similar role, with a focus on building user interfaces for web applications.
• Strong proficiency in ReactJS
• Proficiency in frontend build tools and package managers, such as webpack and npm.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
• Understanding of responsive web design principles and best practices.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and ability to collaborate effectively with designers.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies for frontend development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
