  • Reporting to our VP, Paid Social, as a Paid Social Manager you will create impact within our Paid Social team.You'll contribute to guiding media performance and account growth. Your main responsibilities will include activation and optimization, reporting and insights, testing and data analysis, and client communication across complex accounts.Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Basic to advanced implementation of campaigns on the different social networks in addition to performing or assisting in validation / audits on campaigns of the same team
  • Measurement expertise on their platforms to identify poor implementations as well as areas of opportunity to improve campaign results.
  • Participate in the development of sophisticated Paid Social media strategies which accurately address the objectives of the client and will enable us to achieve their goals and KPIs
  • Ensuring that audits and research are properly utilized to deliver insight-driven/data-driven strategies
  • Working closely with internal & Client Service teams to assist in the smooth implementation of work
  • Attending and leading key campaign meetings (internal & client-facing) to represent the social team and provide support and actionable next steps when relevant
  • Analyzing the performance of campaigns and identifying strategic opportunities, facilitating change in order to hit and exceed client expectations and KPIs.
  • Providing Social Media training to internal teams and clients.
  • Producing client facing reports, studies and presentations to Jellyfish brand standards.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends and all applicable technologies, including developments in – social media, analytics, online marketing, E-commerce and online consumer behavior.
  • Build out logical and audience focused media plans.
  • Lead the campaign strategy, researching potential marketing channels, analysing competitors, and adopting a robust test & learn approach.
  • Project managing all activity and processes required to proficiently run and create campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with partners and communicate account strategy, budgets, and performance.

Knowledge & Experience Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years experience managing paid social accounts (Meta platform, Tiktok, Snap)
  • Knowledge or experience in conversion campaigns, ecommerce, apps, leads & branding
  • Certifications within Meta media buying or planning ( desirable)
  • Desirable GA4, Appsflyer
  • A passion for digital
  • Collaborate with the appointed digital partner to ensure processes, frameworks and KPIs relating to paid social are up to date in accordance with the growing use
  • Pro-actively work in partnership with directors and heads of other departments and divisions to ensure adherence to best practice in all areas.
  • Pro-actively work with the data, planning and other media teams to understand how paid social integrates with other media formats and channels.
  • Work with data suppliers and other 3rd party data experts to contribute to effective data visualisation and presentation.
  • Interrogate and identify opportunities to build better paid social media plans and processes, working in collaboration with appointed digital partners to agree on the best approach.
