Senior Quality Engineer

To assist quality supervisor in establishing, implementing and maintaining in-process and outgoing quality management system, the main responsibilities will include but not limited to: 1. Establish and update QC inspection procedures/instructions. 2. Manage customer feedback and undertake any necessary action regularly. 3. Conduct Technical Review with GPD/PE/Purchasing to identify customer requirement. 4. Conduct PMEA study and create quality control plan. 5. Create QC inspection plans. 6. Conduct FAI (First Article Inspection) on the finished goods and prepare FAI report for customer review/approval (if applicable). 7. Interface with Engineering and Operations to ensure transfer to Production of new products are in accordance with approved data. 8. Monitor product/process quality and drive continuous improvement activities to enhance the quality system, such as 5S, Kaizen lean methods, etc. 9. Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for process related quality issues. 10. Develop training to build up quality awareness for all related platform inspectors and operators. 11. Support production inspectors to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system. 12. Conduct line audits and determine proper corrective and preventive actions. 13. Coordinate customer visit event with each connected functional teams. 14. Analyze failure and drive corrective/preventive action for customer complaints. 15. Preparation of quality reports and other tasks assigned by quality supervisor.

Requirements

Familiar with ISO quality management system, failure analysis, etc. More than 3 years of work experience in quality management; Proficient in using basic quality management tools (such as quality control tools, etc.) and be able to conduct quality audit activities independently; Familiar with ISO9000 quality management system and common quality terms. Proficient in computer office software and office equipment. Fluent in English reading and writing; Good faith and have strong sense of responsibility. Good teamwork player
