ABOUT THE ROLE
- Our Customer Success Managers work as strategic partners to our e-commerce retailers and help them to make their businesses more profitable
- You will be responsible for the full customer cycle - from onboarding the client into our SaaS platform, being their partner through strategies and success while providing analytical and business insight in elevating their ROI and revenue.
- We work with medium- and large enterprise clients across the region (Middle East, Africa, India)
