SAP SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant

• Configure SAP SuccessFactors Time Management (Time Tracking, Time Sheet, Time Off) to meet client needs.
• Conduct workshops to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Provide best practice guidance for time management processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SF Time Management issues.
• Lead and mentor project team members.
• Assist in pre-sales activities like demos and proposal preparation.
• Stay updated on SAP SF Time Management developments.

Requirements

• 3+ years in SAP SF implementations, 1+ year in SF Time Management.
• Deep understanding of time management processes.
• Experience configuring SAP SF Time Management modules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• SAP SF Time Management certification is a plus.
