D365 CE Product Owner

​​​​​​​Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to support processes, data management, and governance for the D365 roll-out across our Commercial function.
• Support the agile product teams through the project implementation.
• Engage in quarterly PI planning sessions with the D365 and wider Business Transformation teams
• Possess understanding of configuration-based and customization-based solutions.
• Work closely with the training teams to update training materials and facilitate changes.

Requirement Prioritization and Impact Assessment:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to prioritize requirements, resolve conflicts, and evaluate change impact within the D365 CE solution.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications to support development teams.

Collaboration with Development Teams and Partners:

• Engage closely with development teams and partners to ensure D365 CE solution meets priority business needs.
• Provide guidance and support to technical teams to ensure alignment with business requirements.

Technical Roadmap Understanding and Advisory:

• Understand the technical roadmap for D365 CE, including Field Service, and advise on key benefits and risks of upcoming releases.
• Stay informed about technological advancements and recommend solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Member of Implementation Programme Team (DRIVE):

• Act as a key member of the Implementation Programme Team (DRIVE), contributing to key tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful implementation and adoption of D365 CE solutions.
