Senior SAP Fiori Analyst - Focus on HR

• Perform system analysis by probing the users to identify key user needs based on business processes. Assess those needs and identify any existing solutions.
• Creation of technical IT concepts to fit the business requirements based on standards.
• Development of IT concepts in global IT landscape
• Optimization of IT solutions within existing IT landscape
• Observation of market trends
• Keep abreast of technical developments and make recommendations to leadership. Serve as an advisor/resource to others.
• Provide technical support during off hours, including migrations.
• Provide status updates.
• Test the programs and document results.

Requirements

• Bachelors in Computer Science or IT related field required
• SAP technical implementation experience
• Experience of working on SAP Fiori (implementation of standard apps, extension of standard apps, custom apps) projects
• Customization/Configuration Fiori Launchpad
• SAP ABAP Development experience (Workflows, BADI, BAPI, RFC)
• Excellent skills in SAPUI5 framework, HTML5, Java Scripts
• Experience in using source code repository
• Experience in SAP Business Application Studio (BAS)
• Experience HCM environment is a plus
• Experience in SAP mobility solutions including Gateway and Data skills
• Fluent in English
