  • Become an Subject Matter Expert on all relevant Yardi functionalities.
  • Taking ownership of specific tasks from the RE roadmap and manage to completion.
  • Work closely with the Client Operations team to ensure optimum system usage and remediation of system config. / processing methodology where required.
  • Ensure timely resolution of tickets raised by the Fund account teams, escalating same to relevant parties where necessary.
  • Act as a single point of contact for all system related ad-hoc requests raised by the fund accounting team.
  • Working closely with the Vendor to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Working virtually and globally to deliver a consistent service to internal and external stakeholders irrespective of their location or time-zone.
  • Collaborate with Client servicing teams to ensure consistency of service delivered.
  • Support the business development and Client Integration teams to attract new business and onboard to the Target Operating Model.
  • Provide system training to new and existing users on system functionality.
  • Provide additional ad-hoc support and solutions as required.

Requirements

  • Experience in Accounting / Fund Accounting
  • Ideally between 2 – 4 years experience using the Yardi platform (Or an equivalent combination of education and work experience)
  • With an understanding of Real Estate and Real Asset fund structures, accounting, & processes,
  • Capable of supporting requirements and testing for business/application requests.
  • Candidate must be highly self-motivated and able to work both independently, or as part of a team.
