- Manage sales team & ensure team is achieving budget/required LC
- Providing technical training to Saudi Staffs
- Manage sales team to ensure team meeting required KPIs set as part of sales
- Evaluation of the sales team against performance
- Get timely legal/finance clearance on terms & conditions for major BIDS
- Review all commercial offer before released to any clients.
- Review & evaluation of monthly performance based on given KPIs/Budget
- Support sales team for all technical & commercial offer for major BIDS
- Weekly & monthly reporting on business/client related activities
- Ensure client feedback from existing clients to ensure clients are being attended timely for them

- Visit major clients / arrange client meetings to improve/strengthen the business relation.
- Manage our participation at exhibitions/seminars where we anticipate business
- Manage Sales force platform.
Requirements
- Master's in Business Administration.
- Minimum 6 years' experience in Oil & Gas Sector
- Experience of OCM lab related activities
