  • Manage sales team & ensure team is achieving budget/required LC
  • Providing technical training to Saudi Staffs
  • Manage sales team to ensure team meeting required KPIs set as part of sales
  • Evaluation of the sales team against performance
  • Get timely legal/finance clearance on terms & conditions for major BIDS
  • Review all commercial offer before released to any clients.
  • Review & evaluation of monthly performance based on given KPIs/Budget
  • Support sales team for all technical & commercial offer for major BIDS
  • Weekly & monthly reporting on business/client related activities
  • Ensure client feedback from existing clients to ensure clients are being attended timely for them
  • requirements
  • Visit major clients / arrange client meetings to improve/strengthen the business relation.
  • Manage our participation at exhibitions/seminars where we anticipate business
  • Manage Sales force platform.

Requirements

  • Master's in Business Administration.
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in Oil & Gas Sector
  • Experience of OCM lab related activities
