Associate Director

To provide support to the Operational Risk Management and Business Continuity Management teams in respect of managing operational and business continuity risk within the company. This includes:

• Regional oversight of the incident management framework ensuring operational adherence to policies and procedures
• Conduct risk assessments, Business Impact Analysis (BIAs) and resilience vulnerability assessments of operations, products, projects and services as required
• Support the annual Business Continuity and Operational Resilience testing program
• Support the development and implementation of GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) system
• Prepare regular, ad-hoc or special risk reports for the Company’s Risk Committee and Group / Board reporting as required
• Design and roll out training solutions embedding good Risk and BCP practice across the company.
