Purpose:
Role within the B2B team that facilitates the commercial activities, particularly when it comes to support on existing accounts, develop new business and perform market research.
Based in Prague or Berlin.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Perform market research to understand customer needs within a given industry vertical and evaluate Omio B2B market fit
- Build an acquisition pipeline to foster a healthy backlog of prospective Partners according to the company strategy and focus
- Actively engage with target Partners in order to recruit and onboard them within a defined timeframe
- Build a trusted and positive relationships with Partner counterparts, including decision-makers
- Own new Partners business performance (with defined KPIs) and work cross-functionally both internally and externally to develop a mutually profitable relationship
- Identify and propose enhancements to current product(s) based on market trends and Partner needs, with the support of internal stakeholder
- Act as an ambassador of Omio’s mission, brand, and product - being a problem solver for partners and team
Requirements
- You have Enterprise business development experience in the tech space, ideally in the travel sector
- You have a proven track record of signing and growing new partnerships
- You are self-motivated with a strong focus on practical implementation and technical execution
- Your customers and prospects always come first and they love spending time with you
- You have strong analytical skills to be able to review performance data and gain insights
- You are a networker, curious, and have a hands-on mentality
