GIS Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated GIS Engineer (Geographical Information Systems) in our support department, to join our dynamic and innovative Team. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving the support function of our cutting-edge software solutions with maps, with a particular focus on solutions that have a significant impact on emergency and first aid services. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to essential services that make a real difference in community safety and responsiveness.

What you will do:

• Support tickets related to map data for our emergency solutions
• Bi-annual Production of map data packages for control rooms and mobile devices
• Production of datasets for route calculation and address search
• Facilitation of map content in Locus products
• Manage error messages on map content and help develop basic data sources
• Be the point of contact and competence resource for product owners, developers and customer for map-related support questions
• Manage the content of our GIS solutions and coordinate internally as well as with customer based on routine map maintenance and updates.
