Product Manager

1. Communication and coordination
2. Coordinate resources and communicate effectively to team members and stakeholders
3. Collect, organize, and communicate program and project information with stakeholders and project team members
4. Managing and updating the RTCDP project(s) in Workfront and coordinating with other teams in Jira epics/stories
5. Ensuring project plan is maintained daily as well as proactive follow-up on tasks and risks
6. Agenda for meetings, with action items and summary sent after meetings and proactive deadline follow up.
7. Regular cadence of 'grooming' calls or similar function calls
8. Attendance to RTCDP meetings
9. Participation in Teams & Slack
10. SharePoint site kept up to date with project and enablement documentation
11. Recordings uploaded to the RTCDP SharePoint
12. Status updates provided to the exec steer cos, project teams, and stakeholders
13. Working with Change Managers to ensure we have a communication and enablement plan well laid out and delivered for our stakeholders
