Financial Reporting Specialist

Preparation, consolidation and timely submission of returns/reports to regulatory authorities.

Collating information required for regulatory reporting.

Assist in completing surveys and Adhoc reports.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Support in preparation of Weekly, Biweekly, Monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly UAE Central Bank returns and submit within the target date.
• Assist in consolidating returns of all operational divisional to obtain UAE / Global returns.
• Reconcile return with the banks General Ledger.
• Investigate all material variances vis-à-vis previous month's returns to ensure numbers are reasonable and pro-actively prepare for queries by regulatory authorities.
• Review data parameters for completeness and proper
• Support in preparation of Large Deposits Report
• Ensure Gross return integrity in compliance with prevailing UAE Central Bank directives.

Other Reports:-

• Assist in preparation of Department of Finance Reports
• Support in the preparations of statistical surveys
• Assist in collating required information from the stakeholders.
• Assist in analysis of new questionnaire requirements and adhoc requests

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business related field such as Management, Finance or Accounting

Minimum Experience

• Fresh Graduate
