Chief Wireless System Design Expert

We are currently seeking a Chief Wireless System Design Expert to join our research center at our Stockholm office. This pivotal role entails leading our Wireless Research team in the research, design, and implementation of next-generation wireless systems. The scope of responsibilities includes driving internal research projects and managing external research cooperation projects with leading European universities.

The incumbent will be tasked with aligning resources and spearheading technology exploration, innovation, and implementation to address the challenges of future wireless communication system design.

Essential Skills Required:

1. Extensive industrial experience exceeding 15 years in system design of wireless communication.
2. Ability to gain insight into future wireless system evolution requirements and technology trends, deeply understanding customer needs, focusing on core scenarios, and exploring core values. Proficiency in identifying competitive technical directions in industry development and technical domains. Skill in proposing platform vision, building consensus, and formulating technology development strategies.
3. Leadership in developing strategic and business plans for the wireless domain, fostering competitiveness and technology investment strategies. Proficiency in implementing strategies through strategic planning and business planning to develop irreplaceable and technologically disruptive products.
4. Established track record in establishing interaction and deep cooperation with top resources and research institutes in the European industry and academia, guiding industry technology investment.
5. Proficiency in organizing efforts to implement planning and target setting of technical research projects, achieving breakthroughs in key technologies through technical projects, and maintaining a leading position in competitiveness.

1. Successful experience in wireless technology insight and planning, demonstrating foresighted technical insight and successful planning experience in new systems, new forms, and new technologies.
2. Technical insight into the evolution trend of wireless and base station-related fields, sensitivity to technical innovations brought by new theories, services, and technologies, and ability to conduct research on the initiation and implementation of technical projects.
3. Technical understanding of wireless systems and continuous learning capability, demonstrating high sensitivity to and interest in new technologies and corresponding principles, and developing profound and extensive technical skills.
4. Capability of converting technologies into business opportunities, leading in defining the core objectives of technology research projects, breaking down objectives into key technologies of each domain, and integrating business requirements and technology planning.
5. Technical decision-making capability, ability to decide the direction of technical research, grasp major contradictions and aspects of contradictions, and match market requirements and pace requirements.
