Candidatul Ideal

• Completed studies or comparable training in the field of engineering, quality management or related disciplines

• Several years of experience in supplier quality assurance and complaint management in a global environment, ideally in the automotive industry or a related sector

• Expertise in quality assurance standards and processes, particularly in the 8D problem-solving approach

• Experience in using SAP or similar SQM systems

• Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external suppliers

• Ability to work in a global matrix organization and collaborate with diverse stakeholders

• Proactive and results-oriented attitude to proactively address challenges and develop solutions

• Fluent German and English skills, other languages are an advantage

Descrierea jobului

· You report disciplinary and functionally to Global Head of SQM

· You are responsible for Bilstein SQA processes and ensure the implementation in the local SQA organizations

· You are responsible for the requalification of internal and external supply parts for all tkB plants

· You are responsible for the global complaint management (alert system) for all tkB plants and bundle global supply part issues for an efficient communication to internal and external suppliers.

· You are responsible for a global cost collector to claim all internal costs in case of supplier caused issues to the supplier

· You escalate insufficient supplier performance (delivery, quality, complaint) to SQE starting from level E2 acc. escalation matrix and lead/support escalations.

· You develop, maintain and improve tkB supplier quality assurance standards (8D) and processes in close alignment with your respective BU counterpart [Head of SQM]

· You have the ability and rights to judge whether all supplier activities follow the tkB standards and in regard of deviation you are able to execute the right countermeasures [e.g. request supplier for local visit]

· You are the global SQM-SAP specialist to gather all relevant SQM data (complaints) for sharing/implementation with/in the SPR

· You analyze global available supplier quality related data and information to identify critical supplier drifts
