Position Overview:

LEYTON is hiring an innovative Senior Prompt Engineer who is passionate about the power of LLMs and prompting to solve business problems within the Datalab, to drive adoption and optimization of AI solutions. Leveraging exceptional communication talents and a strategic product mindset, you will lead prompt engineering initiatives, provide expertise to internal and external stakeholders, and champion innovation with generative AI solutions across the organization.

As our Senior Prompt Engineer, you will:

· Lead complex prompt optimization projects from research to production readiness

· Collaborate with clients to refine prompts tailored to their needs and use cases

· Develop educational materials and tools promoting prompt engineering best practices

· Guide teams on prompt iteration strategies and change management

· Mentor junior staff and ensure strong prompt engineering capabilities

· Anticipate risks, apply ethics-based thinking, and provide recommendations

Qualifications & Skills :

· 5+ years in AI/Analytics with a focus on prompt engineering and productization

· Leadership abilities - able to coordinate cross-functional teams

· Strategic thinking blending technology capabilities and client objectives

· Superb communication talents to convey complex topics clearly

· Passion for translating AI innovations into digestible formats

· Stays ahead of advancements in responsible AI research and developments

· Applies a product lens to balance risk/reward tradeoffs holistically

· Ability to anticipate potential issues, simulate different scenarios and provide practical guidance.

· A good sense of Intellectual curiosity, initiative, proactivity.

· Fluent in English and French; additional languages a strong asset.
