Senior DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Engineering team in Stockholm. You will be responsible for the deployment of our Tbricks trading platform.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of C++ financial markets software through the whole lifecycle from commit to deployment.
• Work in collaboration with development and QA teams to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.
• Develop and maintain internal and client-facing Python tooling and services.
• Provide and receive technical feedback via well-established code-review practices.
• Promote and enforce best practices in our development teams.

Profile Needed

Mandatory:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field.
• At least 5 years of experience in DevOps or C++ software engineering.
• Proficiency in Python
• Excellent Linux administration skills
• Experience with CI/CD systems (e.g. Bamboo, Jenkins)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g. Ansible, Puppet, Terraform)
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g. Docker Swarm, Kubernetes)
• Experience with monitoring technologies (e.g. Prometheus, OpenTelemetry)
• Great communication skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.

Beneficial:

• Experience with C++ build systems (e.g. CMake, Bazel), understanding of the compilation process and tooling ecosystem.
• Background in C++ development
• Experience with Ansible
• Experience with RPM specs and yum repositories
