To reach our ambitious goals and become the Worldโ€™s Number One payment provider, we need you to join us as our newly created Customer Success Manager.

THE ROLE AND TEAM:

Joining our Customer Success Group your task will be to build and develop accounts by ensuring customers see demonstrable value and help them grow their businesses with our current and new services. You will be working alongside talented internal stakeholders such as the hugely successful customer on-boarding team, product and technical delivery teams, finance and commercial departments.

Your day to day:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring that they are satisfied with services
  • Work closely with sales and product teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients
  • Monitor client performance and usage of payment solutions, providing insights and recommendations for improving their experience
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement

What we look for:

  • At least 4 years of experience in a CSM role, preferably in the payments or financial services industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions to client issuesStrong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • A deep understanding of the payments industry, including relevant regulations and compliance requirements
  • A customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and support to clients
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
