We are happy to welcome you to Infinite Mana, a new start-up based in Malmö, Sweden. The game we are working on is codenamed ‘Expeditions’, and even if it’s all still very top secret and hush-hush, rest assured it’s going to be something fresh. And for that reason, we are actively looking for more people to join our crew and be part of this exciting adventure.

The Position

We are currently hiring a Community Manager to join our unannounced project. At Infinite Mana, the community manager fosters a positive player community by engaging across platforms, moderating discussions, and creating content. They gather and review player feedback, organize online events and are the voice of the studio. The Community Manager provides customer support, represents the company and liaises between players and developers. Ultimately, the ideal candidate is able to cultivate an active and engaged community while contributing insights for game improvements and success.

Main Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain and moderate forums and social media on behalf of the studio

• Create content like blogs, videos, and livestreams to infotain our players.

• Gather player feedback to inform the development team.

• Provide customer support to the players.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience and proven track record in managing a community for a videogame.

• Strong knowledge of and connection to social media platforms such as Discord, Reddit, Twitch, TikTok and YouTube.

• Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or other video editing software

• Solid understanding of the games industry and the latest gaming trends, news, and developments.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Desired Qualification

• Strong analytical mindset for reviewing feedback, metrics and data.
