Who You Are

Our team is seeking a talented and creative 3D Minecraft Animator who can use Blender, Cinema 4D etc. to visually replicate storyboards and scripts to bring them to life whilst integrating content that is relevant and up to date with the latest trends in Children’s, Minecraft, Internet, and Popular Culture.

Your Responsibilities and Skills

Animation Style Mastery: Proficient in animating in the style showcased in this example, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to the established aesthetic.

YouTube Analytics Analysis: Skilled in analyzing key YouTube metrics and analytics, including Average View Duration (AVD), Click-Through Rate (CTR), Impressions, and Average View Percentage (AVP), to discern effective content elements and areas for improvement.

Initiative and Script Enhancement: Demonstrates initiative by enhancing provided scripts and instructions, improving animation quality, adjusting camera angles, and incorporating additional background elements as "Easter Eggs" to enhance viewer engagement and retention.

Requirements:

• Full and in-depth understanding of vanilla and modded Minecraft
• Experience and moderate experience with creating and animating custom models in your preferred software
• Experience with animating facial expressions and rigs in your preferred software
• Ability to meet and understand deadlines.
• Ability to understand feedback and act on it.
