About the role

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to manage Product and Data hiring in both the Netherlands and South Africa. Reporting to the Head of TA, you will be responsible for end to end recruitment; partnering with our branding team to enhance talent attraction and working closely with hiring managers to ensure we focus on quality and not quantity throughout the hiring process.

What you will be doing

• Create and deliver on talent attraction strategies and hiring processes that includes tooling, sourcing and headcount planning which considers both candidate & hiring manager experience.

• Partner with functional leadership & business partners to deliver on the global talent strategy.

• Take ownership of the end to end recruitment from sourcing through to closing

• Ensure that our talent profile is authentically shown in our candidate communication, employer branding initiatives and approach to interviews and assessments

• Proactively seek opportunities to improve TA capabilities as well as managing and contributing to projects across the People team.

• Use data and insights to make informed decisions for TA and hiring teams

About you

• You have extensive experience hiring for Product and Data roles in the Netherlands (experience in South Africa would be a plus)

• You are a headhunter and have a passion for actively sourcing the best talent

• You are consultative and work well with stakeholders to build a partnership

• You are a thought leader that can drive decisions supported by data and have the ability to think deeply

• You take a positive, proactive and creative approach to problem solving, with a strong ability for creating fair but balanced solutions for the business and TA team

• You are self-directed, willing to experiment and not afraid to fail.

• Experience in a FinTech or Product led organisation would be an advantage
